1994 - Studied under a sculptor Hiroshi Kobatake (Mr.)
1998- Succeeded the artisan of Kamakura-bori Kyukei Goto as the 3rd generation

Expands his artistic activities in Kamakura-Bori and modern art. Originating in the history of Kamakura-bori, he takes creation and repairs of Buddhist objects.
Provides lectures at elementary schools and middle school, and opens workshops to contributes to inheriting the historical culture of Kamakura.
Has his artworks exhibited in numerous museums and galleries, appeared on television, magazines, and internet mass media. With this motto to “enjoy ordinary days with special plateware to spend special time”, he expands his expressive activities to new horizon.
